All orders are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.
We currently ship both within Japan and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Please allow additional processing time during shop updates, launches, holidays, or high-order periods.
Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local postal conditions. International orders may take longer than expected depending on the country.
International Shipping
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
If shipping restrictions apply to your country or region and we are unable to ship your order, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or courier issues. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Because many items may be limited, made to order, or produced in small batches, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Refunds or Replacements
Refunds or replacements may be offered only in the following cases:

Limited edition and handmade items may have small variations that are part of their unique nature.
